Important Service Terms

• Final price and scope depend on property size, pest type, infestation level and site condition.
• Customer should confirm service, price, warranty and preparation before booking.
• No refund after completed service; service support is provided during warranty/validity period as per service condition.
• Customer should check technician/work area before technician leaves if required.
• Open food items, utensils and sensitive items should be protected before treatment.
• Bed bugs treatment requires 2 settings within 15 days and 4-hour vacancy after treatment.
• Cockroach one-time service result can take up to 21 days.
• Wednesday is weekly off. Service availability depends on schedule.
